Neptune Logistics Group Attends Global Transport Connectivity Forum 2025, Promoting the Europe-Asia Railway Cooperation
From June 27 to 29, 2025, Global Transport Connectivity Forum 2025 was held by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye in Istanbul with the support from the World Bank Group, focusing on constructing an efficient, low-carbon, and sustainable Global transportation network under globalization and climate change. Attendances at the Forum included Ministries of Transport from around 80 countries and ministerial officials, international organizations, delegates of financial institutions and industry leaders from several countries.
Neptune Logistics Group attended the Forum as a representative enterprise in the domain of cross-border logistics between Europe and Asia. On the opening ceremony, the President of Türkiye, H.E. Mr.Recep Tayyip ERDOGAN, attended in person and delivered his speech with the emphasis on the strategic value of Middle Corridor, Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) and the BTK (Baku-Tbilisi-Kars) railway line in global transport connectivity.
The three parties have agreed to cooperate in the realm of International railway freight in depth, fully integrate their respective advanced resources, jointly construct an efficient, green and resilient Asia-Europe multimodal transport network. Neptune Logistics Group, with over 20 years of experience in cross-border logistics between Europe and Asia, will leverage Pasifik Group’s railway advantages in Türkiye and the Middle Corridor, as well as Sinotrans Southern China Co., Ltd.’s strengths in train platform operations, domestic multimodal transport, and port logistics, to achieve seamless connectivity between China and Europe. This cooperation will provide customers with more resilient and competitive logistics solutions, driving the process of regional economic integration.
Apart from establishing collaboration, Neptune Logistics Group also held a profound symposium on crucial subjects (e.g. the construction of Caspian sea transport routes, transportation timeliness and customs clearance efficiency) with Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryollar? (TCDD). Both parties agreed to intensify linkage and upgrade the coordinated development of the Eurasian Landbridge transportation system. According to Neptune Logistics Group, it will consistently deepen its cooperation with TCDD and railway corporations from other countries including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia, actively participating in the construction and management of Trans-Caspian International Transport Route and the BTK (Baku-Tbilisi-Kars) railway line, continuously diversifying the routes of CR Express and stabilizing its operation.
In the future, through technical innovation, collaboration and service upgrading, Neptune Logistics Group will dedicate to explore international trade corridors with shorter timeliness, higher security level and lower costs, adding new motivation in China-Europe economic cooperation. At the same time, the group enthusiastically promotes China-Türkiye cultural exchange and commercial interaction, building an Asia-Europe Community of people-to-people connectivity and win-win cooperation with a Shared Future and with joint effort.
