In 2024, the “Belt and Road” initiative has entered a new decade, with the state releasing relevant incentives one after another, and coastal ports and inland cities actively promoting the construction and development of rail-water intermodal transportation and cross-border transportation logistics corridors, striving to form a large regional cooperation platform linking Asia and Europe through rail-water intermodal and cross-border transportation development, which is ushering in a new era for rail-water intermodal transportation and cross-border transportation. Rail-water intermodal transportation and cross-border transportation are ushering in unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.
In this context, on September 24th, the forum of “2024 Rail-Water Intermodal Transportation and Cross-border Transportation - Opportunities and Challenges of the Belt and Road” organized by Shenzhen Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association and undertaken by Neptune Logistics Group was successfully held in Guihua Hall, 6th Floor, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The forum was successfully held.
Mr. Tang Xincheng, Deputy General Manager of Neptune Logistics Group, acted as the moderator. From 9:00am to 12:30pm, a series of brilliant keynote speeches and roundtable discussions were held in an orderly manner, covering the status quo of China-Europe railroad transportation, the strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to go overseas, and the overview of China-Russia container transportation and other hot topics.
Mr. Kang Yingfeng, Deputy General Manager of China Railway International Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd, shared the theme of “Cohesion of Consensus and Formation of Synergy, Jointly Promoting the Development of China-EU Liner Towards Higher Quality, Better Benefit and Safer Direction”, emphasizing that the direction of the development of China-EU Liner Towards Higher Quality, Better Benefit and Safer Direction should be to enhance the quality, benefit and safety. Mr. Zhao Qiang, Deputy General Manager of Neptune Logistics Group, shared his views on the topic of “How to help Chinese manufacturing enterprises to go overseas”. “By analyzing the challenges of logistics supply chain routes, such as congestion at destination ports/destinations and the scarcity of overseas iron cages, etc., he demonstrated Neptune Logistics' policy of assisting enterprises to go overseas in various aspects, including localization of overseas business, innovation of new products of railroad express lines, active exploration of the Trans-Caspian Sea southern route, active exploration of Sino-Lao liner, and active exploration of the Sino-Lao liner. Neptune Logistics is also actively exploring the China-Laos shuttle train, digitalized logistics, and so on.
Egor Braginets, CEO of LLC “Neptune Logistics Rus”, shared with the audience the logistics services of Neptune Logistics in the CIS countries, focusing on the company's successful experience and service advantages in the region, and providing customers with reliable logistics solutions.
